About this house rental
Walk in and prepare to be amazed with the complete make over of this 1930's quintessential Kiwi bach. Attention to detail to ensure your stay will be both comfortable and memorable is only a part of the package on offer here. All surfaces disinfected between guests.
Elevated with fabulously landscaped grounds to impress and entice you back again for another Piha holiday experience.
Perfectly laid out for couples.
There are two outdoor living spaces, one with a built in barbaque and table and the other on the deck with a partially covered area to stay out of the all day sun if you choose.
Move in, unpack and begin your kiwi vacation in style.
You will feel completely at home and very comfortable staying here, there has been no scrimping on the furniture or quality of both the bedding or the kitchen fit out so if you are into cooking, it is all here for you to put to good use. Both bedrooms come with fans.
There are two outdoor living spaces, one with a built in BBQ and dining table the other is on a partially covered deck where you have a dining table cape cod chairs and bench seats to sit and soak up the sun that sets right in front of the bach all year round.
The walking track to the beach is a 2 minute walk that runs along the right hand side of the property.
Move in unpack and be glad you have booked into the perfect Piha Bach.
Special conditions:
Four guest maximum, no tents, no mattresses or extra visitors staying over.
No furniture or bedding to be taken outside.
No parties or large groups of people.
Please be mindful of the other residents holidaying too.
Minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year, Christmas & New Year a minimum of 5
nights and Long weekends 3 unless by special arrangement.
Extras: Cleaning (Required, NZ$100 per stay); Linen (Required, NZ$25.00 per bedroom per stay)

We were spoiled! Such an incredible spot and a lovely Bach - Jon and Max have created a relaxing oasis. Loved the Adirondack chairs, they reminded us of home.

Charming cottage, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. Road is a bit tricky - very narrow with locals speeding around blind corners. If you're a timid driver don't attempt this road. Access to amazingly beautiful hike to falls.

This place lives up to your expectations! Friendly and attentive host! Awesome views and helpful neighbors! Piha is a small community, which we felt right at home! Definitely a place to return to!
