Upstairs is designed with fine wood floor, a built in wood bookcase , huge master suite with fireplace ,master bath with Jacuzzi, Steam,and marble thru-out, sitting area and balcony (front and back)with endless views. Large patio with spa for entertaining 105`foot dock (rents separate) and sound system in every room, just enjoy we do the cleaning , House was totally re done ground up 2003

We have stayed here before and LOVE it. Fantastic view, great neighborhood and perfect location. Five minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants and Winn Dixie. Manny, the property manager, is always available for any questions or needs that you may have. Highly recommend.

Manny and the owner were very responsive to texts and emails. Manny was at the house when we arrived and answered any questions we had promptly. The house had everything you needed and was spotless. We spent a lot of time outside watching boats go by. Very peaceful neighborhood and easy to get to.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this home for Thanksgiving. Home was adequately stocked with all types of dishes and appliances needed to make family meals. Space amazing, home clean and beautiful. Property manager very responsive to texts and calls. Would stay again.
