About this house rental
Experience lavish waterfront living at its finest. This exclusive Intracoastal point property boasts an impressive 300 ft. of waterfront, providing breathtaking views. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Fort Lauderdale. Privacy is paramount, as the entire estate is fully gated with a pool and full tennis court!. The interior features a an open floor plan that allows scenic views from every room. With 7 bedrooms accommodating up to 16 guests, it's an ideal location for unforgettable vacation.
The entire backyard is surrounded by water + a pool. This is not suitable for children that cannot swim.
Large driveway that can fit up to 5 cars!
Ask about our heated pool (additional fee for heat)
Tennis court - Outdoor tennis Lights are disconnected to avoid any noise complaints with our neighbors) These courts are very hold and have cracks in it. This is best for casual play and not competitive tennis. ALL guest- must sign a waiver to use the courts.
Pool rules:
Adult supervision for children at all times
No diving
No running
No jumping in the pool - please use steps.
Propane is not provided - but can be filled our switched at local hardware store.
Essential supplies are provided for the first few days, guests are responsible for extra toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc after what we provide is used

Had a blast staying at this house! Perfect views, pool and tennis court are great, plenty of space in the house for a large group of people :)

All 16 of us loved the location..House was a great size for our group--It is an older house, but accommodations were good with nice thick towels & comfortable beds along with
parking for five cars. Communication was great throughout
our stay. (two styles of coffee pots) Only a few used the pool, but it was warm & inviting. The tennis court is tired (cracks) but it didn't affect us as our group used it for pickleball daily with no problem (we had our own net & taped the court) It was truly a highlight to have the court available to us everyday along with having dinners outside.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone desiring the area. The location is perfect for a vacation.
