Nice beach house - great locations - beautiful beach

Fantastic vacation rental on the beach! Table and chairs on balcony, balcony and upstairs rooms provided beautiful relaxing view of the ocean. Heated pool and spa area was so comfortable. Beach was right across the street, away from the crowds. Close to good food. Will definitely return. Couldn't ask for more!

Great stay- great service!

This house is exactly as advertised and was great for our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). Esti was fantastic to work with and communication was great. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs, 3 upstairs, with a living area and kitchen on both floors. The kitchens had everything we needed for many meals in the house. The pool and hot tub are great and are in the sun for most of the day. The balcony upstairs has a great view and wonderful breeze. The proximity to the beach can’t be beaten, but it is a short drive to most restaurants and shops. We appreciated that there were 5 beach chairs and other pool and beach items. The house came with dishwasher soap and other supplies like toilet paper and paper towels. There are only 2 spots to park in the driveway which may be an issue for some groups, but wasn’t for us (you can’t park on the street). There is construction on a building nearby, and looks like it will last many months, so there is some noise during the day. There is some wear and tear on the house as mentioned in other reviews, but it didn’t affect the functionality of the house or our enjoyment of it.
