About this villa rental
Dolphin Bay Villa is directly in front of Turtle Bay Villa and although they are separate dwellings they can be easily accessed via a stone staircase between them. Dolphin Bay was built brand new in 2016, Turtle Bay was completely refurbished in 2016. Both are built on a slope so neither obstruct any views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains.
The villas were completed to a very high standard with all Bosch quality fittings, no corners have been cut in developing these stunning buildings. They have extra large private infinity pools and jacuzzi (Dolphin Bay only). The pools are positioned in front of the Mediterranean.
Dolphin Bay villa is a single storey villa and has four bedrooms in total, 3x extra large double size bedrooms with super king beds and 1x double room with 2 adult size bunk beds. All have private en-suites, air/con, cooling fans, hairdryers, bath & beach towels and gorgeous views over the beautiful turquoise sea, the surrounding mountains or both.
Turtle Bay Vila is a two storey villa with four bedrooms in total, 2x large double bedrooms with super king size beds and 1x large double bedroom with twin single beds on the 1st floor, the 4th large double bedroom is on a separate level to the others so a perfect place for those who want a little more privacy. All bedrooms have private en-suites, air/con/, beach & bath towels, hairdryers and dressing tables.
The villas are positioned at the entrance straight to Kas Marina so you can watch the yachts sail past on their way in and out every day. Enjoy your meals alfresco under the shaded terraces with direct access from the kitchens, or fire up the BBQ's and let the dads do their showing off.
Both villas have kitchens that lead out onto a shaded seating area where you can enjoy your meals on large marble tables and chairs while watching the world drift by or relax & chat on the cushioned seating areas while in the shade.
They have twin luxury settees, interior and exterior dining areas seating up to 8 in each, plus large screen Samsung Smart TV’s dvd & hifi’s. Real log fires are at your disposal should you wish for that romantic night in.

We rented the two villas to have enough space for a family get together. Both are beautifully located and extremely well equipped. Everything you could possibly want for a family holiday. Turtle Bay had a better pool for the youngsters and Dolphin Bay a huge terrace for the adult evenings. The local help was friendly and delivered bread and water as well as keeping the outdoor spaces clean and tidy. Dolmus (bus) running every 30 minutes to town for 60p per person was very good and made the stay easy. Although it was almost too easy to go in to town to sip a couple of beers by the harbour. Overall I gave everything 5 stars and in 40 years of international travel, I rarely do that.
