Studio tiny et cosy quartier St Etienne

C’est un petit bijou, joliment aménagé ! Hyper calme! Tous les équipements nécessaires y sont !

C’est un peu exigu quand on est deux… En revanche parfait pour une personne.

Das wirklich sehr kleine Studio liegt in einem Innenhof eines alten Wohnhauses.. Es hat ein Schlafsofa und eine kleine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Das Bad hat eine sehr kleinen Dusche. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich.

Es gibt nur ein kleines Fenster und eine Glastür, die zum Innenhof gehen. Daher ist es recht dunkel in der Wohnung und etwas klamm. Um am Tisch zu sitzen muss man das Bett wegräumen. Für ein oder zwei Nächte ist es okay.

I loved the studio. It is easy to find using Paul's detailed instructions and straightforward to access. Paul kindly allowed me to access the property early and the check-out time was extremely generous. Inside the studio there is everything I needed for a comfortable stay: perfect little kitchenette, nice teas and coffee provided, there is plenty of hot water and the bathroom is really sweet and well designed. The heaters are efficient and the mattress on the sofa bed is supportive and comfortable. It is a peaceful little spot and so convenient for the park and the city centre. The window shutters and solid external door to the studio make it feel perfectly secure at night. The host is responsive and even left a very welcome cookie for me to enjoy on arrival. I would certainly stay again.

Can't think of anything that needs to change. It is exactly as advertised and met all my expectations.

The apartment has everything you need (except a cork screw) and is well organised and spotlessly clean. It is conveniently situated in a very quiet area 15 minutes walk south of the Capitole. It is small and the bed is a double sofa-bed though not uncomfortable.

I chose this apartment for its location close to the language school I was attending, knowing it was advertised as cosy. It is small, which would be fine for a much younger person but, at 79 years of age, I found it too cramped and the daily closing the sofa bed was very challenging. The weather was bitterly cold and the electric radiator wasn't man enough so I had to use a noisy bloow heater to reach a point when I could remove my outer clothing. The bathroom is snug but remained cold unless the door was left open or the towel heater was left on (neither of which was practical).
