J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement du logement, qui est idéal pour profiter de la ville. Le rapport qualité-prix est également un vrai point positif. L’agence a été très réactive par SMS et a essayé de trouver une solution rapidement lorsque nous avons rencontré un problème avec les ventilateurs.
Le principal point négatif a été l’absence de ventilation efficace en période de forte chaleur : les deux ventilateurs du logement ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui a rendu les nuits de juillet moins confortables. L’agence a toutefois été réactive et a essayé de trouver une solution. La verrière est également un élément un peu moins pratique selon les attentes, mais cela reste un détail.
