The walled property features 2 master suites + an additional bedroom, four terraces, and a view of Lake Chapala.
The villa is the ideal location for lazy days of sunning, swimming, bird watching, sipping margaritas, or reading. Nearby activities include hiking, golfing, and a wonderful selection of local spa services. It's fun to explore the sights and sounds of the farmers market (Tianguis) and cobblestone covered town alleys.
In the evenings you can enjoy superb meals at charming nearby restaurants or create your own meals in the villa's gourmet kitchen and eat on one of the outdoor terraces. We were 2 couples and enjoyed our stay. The house is large and has many open spaces. The master bedroom is on the second floor had its own patio space. Walking distance to 3 nice restaurants and a bakery. The house has a beautiful garden and lovely pool. Would definitely stay here again.

The house and grounds were fantastic. The ability to rent van for the week was a wonderful deal. The main problem was that there was no dependable hot water. Getting ready to go out to dinner (the restaurants were very, very good and inexpensive) and having to get ready in a cold shower was a problem. We were told there would be a person there to greet us and that never happened. The house keeper was to come twice a week but she came only one time. The gardener was there every day and he insured the grounds were in perfect condition. There was so much that was wonderful (the pool delightful) but the person who was to explain things to us never showed. That and no hot water was a huge problem. I would give the house, pool and yard an A+ and the issues mentioned above a grade of D-.
