You’ll have the house to yourselves, with self check-in and space to settle in without sharing walls.



The Space:

Step from the kitchen onto a wide patio that wraps the pool. Outdoor seating and a grill turn dinner into an evening outdoors. The hot tub holds its heat after dusk. Landscaped grounds and a children’s play corner give every generation a place to land.



Inside, the layout suits a multi-age stay: three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a kitchen meant for cooking together, and a pool table for slow afternoons. Washer, dryer, and fast WiFi come with the house.



Privacy first — a whole home on a calm Ajijic street, mornings by the water, evenings around one table.



Guest Access:

You’ll enter with a private access code. Codes and arrival notes arrive in your welcome app after booking.



The pool is solar-heated, so its warmth follows the weather. Clear summer days bring the best swim. Cooler or cloudy spells leave the water closer to air temperature. The hot tub runs on a boiler — set it to the heat you want; allow up to two hours to climb.



The Neighborhood:

Ajijic on Lake Chapala — cobbled streets, galleries, and a slow lake rhythm. La Floresta keeps the house tucked among gardens. You hear birds before engines. Centro is near enough for dinner without a long drive; the lake stays the reason guests return across generations.



Getting Around:

A bike and walking path runs toward Ajijic’s cafés and restaurants. The bus stop is about five minutes on foot. Uber and taxis are easy here.



Centro Laguna Mall — cinema, banks, bakery — about ten minutes’ walk. Super Lake grocery about seven. Walmart about ten. Free street parking sits outside the house. Guadalajara’s airport (GDL) is the usual arrival; official airport taxis use posted zone rates inside the terminal.

Hot tub: allow up to two hours to heat.



Occupancy: max 8 guests. All overnight guests must be on the reservation. Unregistered visitors are not allowed. Extra guest fees apply per person per night.



Parking: free outside the property. WiFi: free and password-protected.



Early check-in (from 12:00), late checkout, and luggage drop from 12:00 need prior approval and may carry a fee. Standard times apply without confirmation. A valid card is required for paid extras.
