Great stay! Loved location to beach. The house was very clean but had some broken chairs, non working fan in master bedroom, and some broken blinds. Would recommend the house though.

My family of 3 enjoyed the openness off the house, the views on the decks, and the convenient location. It needs a new shower liner on the master bathroom. I’m sure that will be fixed soon. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

It is a block off the beach. Great Ocean views. Could relax on a couple of decks and plenty room for a family. Had a great time. Real Ocean experience

This review is based on the price + ridiculous fees/cleaning fees/rules for check out: This beach house would be perfect if you bring your dogs or have messy kids. The floor tiles are broken and glued back with epoxy, the linens are not great and the toilet paper is 1 ply and the bath towels are old. We got an email from the Mgmt company listing everything that you should bring which is basically everything (beach towels/toys/basic kitchen stuff) and say you will have 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom to get you started. You don't find this out until the date after which you cannot cancel. We brought tons of stuff - coffee filters, paper products and they actually did have everything there (but no beach towels). You have to start laundry and clean the kitchen before you go even though you pay a cleaning fee. The location is great and if you are only sleeping there then it's probably fine...but paying > $1400 for 3 nights for this house is turning me back into a hotel person.
