Mohammed & Ismail, along with the entire staff made the stay very enjoyable and stress-free. They arranged our tours, and taxis without any hassle. Highly recommend.

The location is amazing (!!) and it was actually very easy to find (+there’s many ATMs near the riad, very helpful). Muhammed was amazing at the front desk, very friendly and helpful with a playful touch. The room was big enough and it had AC, we even got swans made from towels! My airport transfer and early breakfast was accommodated, and regular breakfast would have been on the rooftop!! Would have loved to stay here for more than one night.
The room was very hot when we got there and there was some noise from the small street. Luckily there was AC, but we couldn’t get it as cool as we would’ve wanted to. Keeping in mind it was +38°C during the day and +30°C still late into the evening and we are from a chilly country.

Location was fantastic, and the building was beautiful.
We had booked a pickup car from the airport that never showed up, so we had to figure out our own ride. Also, we booked a tour guide through the Riad for 10am. By 10:45 we decided to just go explore on our own because they hadn't shown up yet.

The vibe when you get to the parking lot is very ”old city” and rustic. The roads are narrow. Cars can’t drive down. You have to pay someone to walk your luggage to the hotel. Or wheel it yourselves.
There are no elevators.
