8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
I have been staying at Edgewater Beach Resort multiple times a year since before 1990. I prefer the 2/1 combination as it puts the bedroom with the view of the ocean. This has been the highest per night cost to date and has lost its reasonable value. There are things that need attention. The kitchen faucet drips. The cooking utensils need a freshen up. A trip to Dollar General would go a long way, snort. The living room furniture is dated but overall acceptable. The bed, mattress, linens are a win. very comfortable. The shower set up is a 10 out of 10. The drain is a little slow but not problematic. The jet tub is a treat. It takes the entire hot water load to fill, but is great to enjoy with the partially obstructed jungle view of the palm trees. The hot water handle needs repair. Caution to the palm tree coverred porch, it gets "buggy". I think the little "no see ems" live in the trees and come out at night. It presents clean as the units always do. The code at the door can be a little finicky. I will be back again, but not this unit.

Room was clean. Host was easy to communicate with. View was nice. Being in the first floor made it super easy to access!

Being on the first floor near the east end was very convenient to the Oceans restaurant and main pool. Just walk down a couple stairs, vs. waiting for the elevator, and you are there!!!

The complex has a lot of amenities. The condo is comfortable but dated. Its cleanliness was average, which was surprising because of the complex takes such pride in it and the amount charged to clean it.
