Clean fresh walkable from beach, shops and pub. Carpark. Bedrooms quiet as facing back of property. Well equipped kitchen .

Would be improved by chest of drawers in double bedroom for clothes. Unable to download arrival instructions from email sent via booking.com therefore had to contact Cornish Hideways and give them my email address which I would have preferred not to do. They were v helpful but I use Booking to avoid this, should find a way to send key code via Booking

A lovely apartment, really well located for the beach. The walk up the hill is extremely steep, but we managed with a pram and beach trolley. The apartment itself is very well equipped, comfortable and super clean. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, they were able to arrange an early check in for us as we have a young baby and it was a very hot day, so it was very much appreciated.

The only small negative was that the curtains in the bedrooms are very thin, and as the sun rises on that side of the property it meant the rooms were very bright, very early in the morning. Not such a problem in winter, but in July with young children being woken early it was a bit tricky!

Location was good. I stayed to be close to one of the best surfing beaches in the UK, and it is certainly that. Private parking is always a plus in Cornwall as with many properties the parking is a long way away.

The apartment was very tired, lots of random stuff stored in the cupboards, furniture was old and rather random, nevertheless it was clean and comfortable.
