Lovely modern apartment. Super comfy beds! Brilliant view from bedrooms. Great location. Pub/restaurant across the road and a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The flat was modern and comfortably furnished including spacious sofas and beds. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cleaning supplies & linen, although we didn't use them. Whole flat was spotless and very well kept. Host and cleaning staff were extra helpful when we had to go back because I had left some valuables hidden in the flat! Easy off-road walk down to the beach. Building set back from the road so quiet. Pub with food across the road with outside seating facing away from flat towards the sea.
The flat is neat and compact but really no extra space which is quite usual in new-builds. Front door and living area window are along an exterior open corridor, so limited privacy. However, bedrooms have lovely view to back over fields. Fairly large deposit required separately and at quite short notice before arrival, but all returned after departure.

The flat was perfect for our family. The location is great and the flat had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this property. We loved our stay here

Great location with views of Polzeath and countryside across to the moor from bedrooms, apartment is almost opposite The Oystercatcher pub and restaurant which serves excellent St Austell ales and decent meals
Those with mobility issues are best advised that it is a steep ten minute walk uphill back from the beach, so may be best to send the fittest person back first to get the car to collect anyone who finds the hill a challenge, the apartment is on the first floor, some noise from folks partying in another apartment but not too bad
