Everything was great! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent, and the host was very helpful and responsive. I really enjoyed my stay and felt at home from the first day

We loved the location of the apartment, very close to the main bridge and the view when heading towards the city centre is spectacular! There's also a lovely wine bar nearby and a great highly recommended restaurant which serves nice fresh fish (Porto Antigo Comida Caseira). The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We had a lovely stay, thank you!

I had booked a room with balcony and had looked at other apartments but was given a lower down apartment due to a flood or issue with shower. Had we of known I’d of booked elsewhere. It was dealt with and we had a small refund but not what we wanted.

The apartment was close to the bridge for easy access to Porto.

Apartment was difficult to locate due to "485" appearing between 405 and 391. This, along with many other buildings on the same road, had the same logo outside "Alojamental Local". There was no indication that the actual property was General Torres Apartments. Despite trying to pay the security deposit (a legal requirement) on several occasions, the host website was in error. The kitchen was ill-equipped for a self catering apartment, some items were dirty and there were few utensils or mixing bowls. The bottom compartment in the fridge door was cracked and unable to retain anything heavy. The small freezer compartment was iced up and unuseable. No plug to the kitchen sink or washing up bowl. No tea towel. Very few electric plug sockets with only one in the living area under the tv and one in the bedroom. The floor was dirty, not sure if this was the woven rug or actual floor, but feet and socks turned black. The quality of the bed was poor, the mattress was thin and the bed slid around on the floor. The apartment was functional but well below the standard we expected.
