位置非常好，旁边就是地铁D, 缆车。公寓前面还有一片绿地和一个小的儿童游乐设施，附近有几家不错的早餐店，可以尝到不少的早餐品种。蚊子少。咖啡机，微波炉，洗衣机，热水机都有
不隔音，旁边草地上到了晚上总是很多人聚会到很晚，不过十点后就安静了，屋子里有些许的装修味道，不过通通风就会好很多。

Buskers in area and crowds listening to them played until quite late, made getting to sleep a little difficult.
