L'amabilité et l 'accueil de notre hôte. Le confort et les petites attentions de Amedeo. Son envie que notre séjour se passe au mieux .Tout est parfaitement expliqué , facile , avec de petites indications partout dans le logement. La literie est très confortable De plus , Amedeo est très réactif pour toute question. De surcroit , le logement est très accessible à partir de l 'aéroport par le TRAM.

Peut être le fait que l'on ne voit pas le ciel mais cela est dû à la situation de l appartement , et non à la volonté du propriétaire.

This was the perfect property for our stay in Florence. On a quiet street and a short walk to the major attractions. Next to a famous restaurant and an authentic Italian coffee place which was ideal for breakfast/lunch, full of locals, and not a touristic spot. I booked this place for the location/price but also for the previous amazing reviews, and i can gladly confirm that Amedeo made the experience for us. He was prompt at replying every message on whatsapp before and during our stay, he made some restaurant reservations for us which were very helpful as he has great local knowledge and, most of all, picked us up from the station and took us back to the station and airport (at 4am!) without having to deal with local taxis which are extremely unreliable. It was a big peace of mind, and I will gladly book this place again for my next working trip to Florence and recommend it to family/friends. Great customer service, thanks again Amedeo

Casa molto curata nei dettagli accogliente e molto piacevole e funzionale. Cucina ottima, il bagno molto comodo con grande doccia e idromassaggio. Leggermente fuori dal centro storico ma a me questo è piaciuto perché è una Firenze meno turistica e comunque parliamo di cinque minuti in più a piedi rispetto ad altre soluzioni più centrali. Ottima comunicazione con l'ospite. Chiavi di riserva (non si sa mai) in una cassettina accessibile con codice. Istruzioni d'uso dettagliate (piccoli post it) ovunque in casa. Piano terra luminoso con tante finestre. Cabina armadio estremamente apprezzata. Pulizia impeccabile.

A voler trovare il pelo nell’uovo qualche piatto e posata in più non guasterebbe, ma questo è facilmente migliorabile e certo non impatta sulla qualità dell’alloggio.
