Great family short getaway!

I really loved that the owners were open to meeting me and my family for an earlier check in time. The were flexible and very welcoming. The host made us feel like we were at home away from home. My kids and myself, did not want to leave the last day. We loved the yard, which made the home feel much bigger than it was. The beds were very comfy and it was a close location to the beach.

Everything was great, if I had to say something. It would have been nice to have more TV channels available.

Consistently excellent, apart from the issue mentioned which would be easy to remedy.

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times over the years and, apart from one aspect that I will mention below, everything was excellent. Clean, comfortable and in a great location.

After visiting for a number of years it is clear that some upgrading to the bed and bedding is really required. The mattress has become harder over time and is now not that comfortable. I think the time has come to consider replacing this with a new one. Similarly, the pillows and bedding are now rather tired and would benefit from replacement.

A little paradise

Everything about Lina's place is amazing. Everything has been carefully thought about. The place has all the things you could need. The garden is just amazing, it really is. Pool is really good and relaxed. Location is excellent also, about a 200/300m walk to the beach. Also free parking in the underground carpark, (note:when leaving the carpark park on the yellow line at the bottom of the ramp and press the button on the key fob, don't drive up the ramp and press it, it will not open, the line is quite faded) Cannot fault the place Lina is just the best host too, an amazing person. Happy to answer questions, her attention to detail is something is truly amazing. We would certainly go back again.

A clean and well equipped apartment close to all the things you need on holiday.

Great location a short distance from the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The property was immaculate and very well equipped, if you do cook on holiday you would want for nothing in this kitchen! Loved having a garden to sit and eat in, which had sun most of the day.

We did find the road, which was right in front of the property, quite noisy at times but personally we soon got used to it.

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and it has always been excellent.

On the previous two visits we had problems with the garage remote control. Luckily this time we discovered the secret with using this. Unless you get your car in exactly the right position it doesn’t work! To explain, there are yellow painted circles on the ground outside the entrance door and at the bottom of the exit slope. These are not immediately obvious if you are not purposely looking for them but you need to position your vehicle over these for the remote control to work.

The place is perfect fully private with all amenities

Great location, supermarket across the road and a park just before the supermarket. Beach 5 mins walk loads of food, cafes, bars and more just a stone throw away. Has a filter coffee machine, washing machine (a must with kids). Swimming pool was clean and a life guard on at all times. Garden was fantastic also. Air con, brilliant. My only gripe is bed pillows and bedding needs replacing to keep up with standards. Has a veg patch all cooking pots and pans and more. Lady is lovely also. Thank you P.s a lot of reviews mention road noise but we didn't hear this at all (double glazed). We had a fantastic time everyone was friendly

Beautiful homely place, perfect for a family

This was a good-sized ground floor apartment with a terraced garden and vegetable patch with lush plants, and overall it had a lovely homely feel to it. We were greeted by Lina and her mum, who were really friendly and nice. There was everything and more in terms of kitchen and other equipment to ensure a comfortable stay. There were condiments like sugar, salt, tea, coffee, even ketchup and water in the fridge and ice in the freezer! And sweets on the table :-) What we really appreciated was the free parking space in the underground garage. We also loved the swimming pool (belonging to the apartment building), which was never too busy. There was a lovely park and children playground across the road and a Mercadona shop about 100 metres away. The beachfront was only about 5 minute walk too. The beach was lovely and clean and there was a variety of restaurants and cafes.

We wished we could stay longer!! :-)

This was our second time at this apartment. Once again exceedingly clean and in a great location.

This is not a dislike, just an observation. The address given on the Booking.com page indicates the apartment number to be 15 but all the apartment numbers have a zero prefix, so 15 is actually 015 on the exterior call pad. This was a little confusing. We only had one problem during our stay which was we couldn't get the exit door for the underground garage to open with the 'clicker'. Eventually my wife had to go outside and open the entry door for me to get the car out that way. Perhaps this needs checking.

Road noise a real issue

Small, clean with a nice outside space. Nice greating and communication. Good location, only 5 mins walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Underground parking, decent WiFi and air-conditioning. Everything you need apart from the noise.

The road noise was so bad. You can not hear each other speak at times. The doors and shutters do very little to keep the noise out. We bought earplugs that helped. But if you have any door open to outside it can be deafening. I liked the apartment and location but would not stay again due to the incredible lack of sound proofing, in the bedroom in particular, from the main road to Manilva only meters away. I would not stay again only because of the noise!

La amabilidad, la información de Lina y su marido a la llegada son encantadores, el apartamento muy perita y cuky.Esta muy cerca de la playa,comercios, bares, paseo marítimo, puerto, lo recomiendo

Está bastante completo en general y todo funciona bien, pero eché de menos algún que otro maletero para poner la maleta, la habitación de matrimonio si sé escucha más el ruido exterior, poner TV también ya que sí vas con niños y sé quedan a dormir en el sofá del salón pues es la única TV que hay. Lo digo como comentario no en plan nefasto porque volvería a repetir.

Super mieszkanie, super warunki. Zaskoczeniem pozytywnym było to, że mogliśmy zostawić samochód w strzeżonym garażu. Był również ogródek warzywny.

Vacaciones en familia estupendas!

Experiencia de 10 en este apartamento. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos y tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estancia estupenda. Esta a 6-7 minutos a pie de la playa y tiene varios supermercados cerca. La zona de jardincito nos encanto y la disfrutamos mucho con los niños, asi como la piscina de la comunidad. El contar con plaza de parking privada tambien es un extra. Seguramente repitamos en los siguientes veranos.

Magnífico puente en Sabinillas

Ubicación excelente para ir a la playa Estaba muy limpio y la terraza es tal y como se ve en la foto. Cocina muy bien equipada. Se entra y sale muy bien del garaje privado al cual se accede en ascensor.

Estupendo!!

La ubicación está estupenda, todo a la mano, supermercado, farmacia, bares y restaurantes, un parque justo en frente y la playa a 200 metros. También destacar la amabilidad de Paco y su hija que se han portado de manera muy cercana con nosotros

En general me gustó todo, pero solo a modo informativo para personas que no pueden dormir con ruidos ( para mí es irrelevante) el apartamento está ubicado justo en una avenida principal, a metros de una rotonda y se oyen mucho la circulación de vehículos, simplemente para valorar a la hora de reservar.

Lokalizacja jak i właściciel ok ale był problem z ogrzewaniem ponieważ klimatyzatory się wyłączały , chociaż pogody nie miałem to właściciel powinien pomyśleć o wymianie rolet przeciw słonecznych na ogrodzie ponieważ są mocno z użyte . Duży plus za garaż . Po mimo małych niedociągnięć to POLECAM TO MIEJSCE.

APARTAMENO PERFECTO!

Todo! Es un apartamento muy acogedor, nada más entrar parece que estás en casa. Muy limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, además de una terraza que es una pasada, con huerto y todo! Fuimos a un campeonato de baloncesto y la ubicación no podía ser mejor, a 10 minutos andando del pabellón. Mercadona cerca y un Jamón a la vuelta de la esquina. Sitios para comer también muy cerca. La plaza de garaje es otro punto buenísimo, ya que no tienes que molestarte en buscar parking. Vamos, que es un apartamento completo, lo mires por donde lo mires. Y ni qué decir tiene, el trato de los anfitriones. Lina un encanto, atenta en todo momento, súper amable y explicándolo todo perfectamente y su marido muy atento, incluso fue a recogernos a un punto de encuentro para llevarnos al parking del apartamento. Si volvemos, seguro que repetimos con vosotros!

Apartamento excelente en todos los sentidos: ubicación muy cerca de la playa, anfitriones muy atentos y agradables, y unas excelentes instalaciones. El apartamento está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. Destaca su limpieza, la gran variedad de menajes de cocina, el gran patio muy cuidado… Un lugar 10, sin lugar a dudas, para repetir…
