Poor value for money
The property is nicely decorated and has spacious rooms.
The apartment is basement level (which is not communicated in the ad) so there is little natural light. The hot water system broke down so we were without hot water for 24 hours (it was fixed during our stay). The induction hob (cooktop) was not working. The beds and pillows are very hard. There is no toaster and no tea or coffee provided. The neighbourhood did not feel safe to us. I do not think this property is good value for money. Also be aware the checkout time is 9am with no flexibility.

Spacious, comfortable and good value stay! :)
Very easy check-in with clear instructions. The apartment is a block from the Red metro line, making it easy and quick to get to the city center. Very quiet neighborhood with a couple of small shops and restaurants around the place. The apartment was very spacious and clean, we were a group of 5 people and were very comfortable. AC and heating both worked effectively and very quickly.
The restroom WC technology was a bit outdated and confusing initially, but nothing unbearable.

Great place to stay in Milan.
Location is great, very close (2 minutes waling distance) to M1 metro, Sesto Marelli connecting very easy to Duomo, Milano Centrale, etc. Very clean, very easy to check in, nothing negative to say.

Está habilitado para grupos hasta de 8 personas, e cómodo, con espacio y facilidades, buena cantidad de utensilios de cocina, lavadora, lavavajillas, termostato de aire acondicionado frío y caliente...
Tiene pocas pegas, quizás los sofás no son muy cómodos para largas estancias y, desde luego, un termo de 80L y un sólo baño no es suficiente para un grupo de 7 personas como el nuestro.
