This house is in an amazing location with the beach just a short walk down the steps. The house is beautiful; we had 12 people staying and it fit us perfectly with room to spare. Only concern is that we had my elderly parents with us and the stairs leading down from the pool deck are not marked with a landing strip on the last stair and my Mother did fall quite hard because she missed seeing the last step. Luckily she was OK but this is a safety hazard for families with small children or older relatives. This is an easy fix and should be fixed by the management company ASAP! We simply had to ensure one of was near when she or my Father were taking those stairs to the lower part of the deck. I will also say the area to walk around the pool is quite small and you must be careful or you could easily fall into the pool. Other than that we truly enjoyed the home. The kitchen is a dream and we cooked dinner for 12 almost every night without issues- a few extra pot holders or oven mitts would be helpful. But with the beach so close it was so worth it. Also- the beach - even on July 4th- was not super crowded like the other public beaches- lot's of space to spread out and play games on the beach.
