Make 'Sandy Paws' your family's Surfside Beach vacation destination for years to come! Formerly known as 'Goody's Place'. Located directly on the ocean front just south of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this 7 bedroom 7 1/2 bath home has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There is an elevator which goes to the first and second floor. Only six blocks from the heart of Surfside Beach and several restaurants. The home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with major appliances that include a separate freezer and refrigerator, two beverage drawers, two dishwashers, stove, and microwave as well as 2 washer/dryers. Other amenities include a wet bar with mini-refrigerator and separate ice maker, hardwood floors and ceiling fans. Eight TVs and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations for 24 include three kings, six queens, 2 captain's bunks, one single and two sleeper sofas. The outdoor amenities feature a private pool that can be heated (3/1-5/30 and 9/1-11/1 if air temp is not below 55F), for an additional $400 per week. A 7' x 7' hot tub, shower, and gas grill are also available. Maid service includes linens on all reservations. No smoking allowed. Sandy Paws is a small dog friendly property. This is a great beach house. It has everything that you would want. You have a private walkway to the beach with heated pool and hot tub. There are several balconies. The kitchen is so well equipped we were amazed. (ice machines, a huge refrigerator with a separate huge freezer, and there are even cooling drawers that are refrigerated type drawers for extra goodies.) There are also two dishwashers. The description of this home does not do it justice it’s really well equipped. There were multiple coffee pots, both Keurig and regular and multiple blenders. The other nice thing about this house is that if you’re going with different families or groups, Everyone has their own privacy because there are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms throughout . The bathrooms were all very updated . House was very clean. You can walk a couple blocks if you want to go out to some of the Surf side restaurants which, by the way, the Italian restaurant there called Malibu is really awesome! But you’re also a quick drive from Murrells Inlet as well as Myrtle Beach. .
I was a little skeptical because I hadn’t had very good communication with the rental agency prior to the trip. When I messaged them, they did not respond. Now on the day of check-in, I got very good response when I called the rental agency, we had requested an early check-in and a check out and they were able to accommodate. Overall we would definitely stay here again. It’s one of the best rental properties I’ve ever stayed in.
