This superb luxury apartment completely renovated in the "boutique hotel" spirit, is located in Libourne 5 minutes from Saint Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, 1hr from ocean beaches.

1 master bedroom of 16m² with dressing room, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet, 180cm double bed, TV
1 bedroom of 11 m² with dressing room and 2 single 90cm beds, TV
1 bedroom of 11 m² with dressing room and 1 double bed of 140cm, TV
These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with bathtub and double sink. An additional toilet is located in the entrance.
Very large living room, with an area of 70m², with fitted kitchen
Mezzanine in the living room with additional sleeping in 160cm, office space.
TV, Internet, air conditioning, possibility of using an elevator for people with difficulty getting around, public parking at the foot of the building, possibility of private parking in a closed garage in front of the apartment.
Baby kit, travel cot and mattress, potty, high chair only on request.
Near the TGV station, market, quays, harbor master's office in Libourne, restaurants, boat ride, visit to Saint Emilion castle, Médoc, ocean.

Enjoyed stay In Pomerol and St. Emilion In nicely restored apartment. The town of Libourne has seen better days but the property was top notch and was positioned close to the wineries. Céline, property manager was helpful and friendly. Thanks, we will likely come back.

This is a recently renovated apartment with lots of space for six. Good restaurants within walking distance. A short drive to St. Emilion and Pomerol. Celine is very helpful with reservations. Convenient access to parking. On a very busy street but the apartment is quit.
