Just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour and 30 minutes from the beaches of Arcachon, Cap Ferret, and the Dune du Pilat, and right on the edge of the Dordogne region.
The villa is situated on a 3,800 m² property where you can enjoy the terrace, the flower-filled garden, the basketball or soccer court, relax on lounge chairs around the heated pool, stroll beneath the wisteria, or take a refreshing dip in the pool.
