Our place is a true beach getaway. Come and enjoy our corner unit, direct ocean-front 3rd floor, three bedroom and three bath condo. You are only steps away from the beautiful 2.5 mile cinnamon beach. Our home’s decor is 100% beach style that is sure to be a hit with the whole family providing the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation photos. All new appliances and linens to enhance your experience and beautiful tile floors throughout the home.
Enjoy the relaxing ocean view from the over-sized, wrap-around balcony overlooking the unique cinnamon color sand found on Cinnamon Beach as well as the crashing ocean waves. Begin your days with the spectacular view of the sun rising over the ocean creating a spectrum of amazing colors. The relaxing sound of the surf never grows old!
This single level 2,000 square feet of spacious living is accessible by both elevator and stairs. This unit is the largest type in the community with the most windows and bathrooms. For your entertainment, we have flat panel TVs throughout the unit with 250 channels of cable and DVD players. In addition we have, high speed wireless cable internet. As for the phone in our condo, it allows free unlimited long distance calls to anywhere in the US and Canada.
Enjoy family dinners around our large dining room table or around our patio dining table. The kitchen’s large breakfast area enhances the space’s function while offering an ocean view. Brand new appliances include a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove and in-built microwave. Spacious granite countertops provide ample preparation area to prepare a meal or happy hour drinks using our blender and or other appliances. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment and utensils you will need to have a wonderful dining experience.
In addition to the balcony, the master bedroom suite overlooks Cinnamon Beach, the crashing waves of the ocean and provides amazing views of sunrises without moving from the king size bed. The spacious master bath is equipped with a walk in shower, an over-sized tub and a separate water closet.
The other two bedrooms are set apart from the master suite for your added privacy. The second bedroom has a wonderful queen bed, a private full bathroom, and plenty of storage space. Your children or grandchildren will go wild for bedroom three. They have their own bathroom, wall-mounted TV (just bring the XBOX) with DVD player to enjoy with two absolutely delightful Full size bunk beds and a twin bed (trundle underneath) with colorful beach themed quilts. Three full bathrooms in total keeps everyone happy. In-suite laundry and wireless Internet round out your hassle-free vacation.
As a guest in our home, your family has full access to a large ocean front heated pool, a second heated pool with a gradual slope entrance for kids and families, a water splash zone for kids, a fitness center, a kid's game room, an adult game room with pool table, two in ground hot tubs and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort Golf Course in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach and conveniently located between historic St. Augustine and the world famous Daytona Beach. We are close to many golf courses and a short drive to the attractions in Orlando.

The condo was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The extra beach towels and beach chairs were a plus. It was the perfect location to the beach and pool. The place was clean, well kept and the beds were comfy. The AC worked like a dream too. We especially loved the direct beach view. We plan to rent this unit again in the future.

We have stayed in this unit several times over the years and always enjoyed our visit. The condo has a great location and is an easy walk to the beach. I almost hate to give this a great review as it gives away our secret getaway spot. Seriously a beautiful condo in a great community and kept clean and up to date.

My family loved this condo. It is beach front and very large. The one and only thing that could have made their stay easier was the locked closet in the kitchen which should have been the pantry. They had to put their groceries on the counters which was very inconvenient. My whole family enjoyed meeting there one night for desserts. There were 39 of us staying in 6 condos in this same resort.

This place was so clean and huge ! I loved that they had 2 beach umbrellas, 5-6 beach chairs and multiple beach towels for us to use. I also loved that they had some extra TP, garbage bags etc. to hold us over until we ran to Walmart. The view was amazing! Loved the quick walk to the beach and the pool from this condo. We were new to this beach, we arrived when the tide was in. Beware, the beach in front of this condo is full of beautiful rocks that you can’t see when the tide is in.And they hurt ! Lol We learned quickly to walk down the beach a little to avoid the rocks. However, when the tide goes out, the rocks are a kids paradise So many sea creatures to find.They kids loved exploring around them when the tide went out. I have nothing negative to say about this place. We would certainly come back to this condo.
