About this apartment rental
You will fall in love with the amazing ocean and golf course views offered at condo 364. The spacious and pet friendly unit is impeccably maintained with new owners that have updated the furniture and décor. The desirable top floor location adds privacy and enhances the amazing views. The large, covered balcony looks out over the 8th green of the pristine Jack Nicklaus Signature Ocean Course, as well as the breath-taking Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a family meal, watch the dolphins, or enjoy your morning coffee from the Keurig or Drip Coffee Maker.
The Primary Suite features a comfy king bed with a sliding door allowing access to the balcony. An armchair for reading and ample closet/dresser space finishes up the room. The huge master bathroom has mirrors throughout, a double split vanity, separate tiled shower, and soaking tub.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, each with a comfy Queen and two twin beds respectfully, complete this jewel. Beach chairs and towels are provided within the unit. There is also a large queen size portable bed with bedding provided allowing extra guests to stay, as well as portable crib and highchair.
The fully equipped open kitchen with granite throughout is a pleasure to work in with terrific ocean views as you cook up light snacks or family feasts. The dining table, also with a tremendous view of the ocean, provides seating for up to 8. A luxurious place to enjoy a family meal, play games or have a quiet dinner for two.
The living room is spacious with ample seating. The comfy couch and loveseat offer a terrific place to read a book while still enjoying the ocean view and sound of the surf. Spend time with the family watching TV or playing games. The condo has soaring ceilings adding to the airy and open feeling of the condo.
This condo includes a washer and dryer and has a full second bath located conveniently near the second and third bedrooms. Beach towels, 2 beach/camping chairs and beach umbrella are available to enjoy during your stay!
Condo 364 is in building 400 with the beach a 1- 2-minute stroll away. You and your family can spend time relaxing, building sandcastles and playing in the surf, or take time for a romantic stroll along the shore.

Condo is a great size and set up well. Clean but could use a deep clean including baseboards and cabinets cleaned. Fridge will need fixed or replaced soon as it doesn't cool very well. Patio door needs some grease as it was hard to open. None of these were a big deal, overall it was a great condo with awesome amenities. Will definitely go back to Hammock Dunes!

Everything was great, able to check in early and it was a beautiful home, beautiful view. Only issue we had was the AC kept resetting every couple hours to 76. So we would all wake up every evening sweating even though we turned it down before heading to bed. I think we paid enough to be able to have it cooler than 76 for the 3 nights we were there. So that’s was our one complaint.

The condo was well stocked and very clean. The only complaint that I have is that there is not enough comfortable living room seating for a family of 6. The master bedroom’s bed was ok, but not super comfy. Overall, we were pleased.
