Step inside and you'll immediately notice the spacious, comfortable design. The 10-foot ceilings and open floor plan give the condo an airy, upscale feel, while the beach-inspired décor creates the perfect vacation atmosphere.
The living room features a comfortable top-grain leather sectional with lounger, two substantial armchairs, and a new 60-inch Sharp HDTV. There is plenty of seating for the entire family, whether you're watching a movie, relaxing after a day at the beach, or simply enjoying time together.
The dining area features a beautiful solid-wood, glass-topped table with six chairs, plus two additional comfortable chairs in the living area, allowing everyone to sit together for meals.

The well-equipped luxury kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a high-capacity LG refrigerator with an excellent ice maker, 42-inch wood cabinetry, and granite countertops.

One of the highlights of the condo is the approximately 275-square-foot private balcony.
Large 8-foot hurricane-resistant sliding doors open the living area to the balcony, creating an exceptional indoor/outdoor living space.

The balcony includes a dining table with four chairs as well as a comfortable conversation area with a loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table.

The spacious primary suite features a beautiful solid-mahogany four-poster king bed and matching armoire with Samsung HDTV.

The condo was a great place, clean and exactly as described in the listing. Very spacious and comfortable for our party of 6. The view is gorgeous over the golf course and a glimpse of the ocean behind it. Overall we enjoyEd our stay.The beach was rocky, would recommend water shoes if you want to play in the surf. The pool and beach were a further than expected but not bad walk, a little challenging for my 3yo but manageable.

We really enjoyed your place. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The beach locker with chairs and cart was a plus for sure. We would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you!
