About this apartment rental
Luxury duplex for 11 people in the new residence L'Ecrin (thermal insulation RT 2012 and phonic of high quality) with high-end services: private access to the wellness area consisting of a fitness room, a sauna, a steam room and a ski locker with a safe shoe warmer.
The apartment is new (delivery on 06/12/2018, 1st year of operation) it is in the village of Villards within 50 m of shops, ESF, kindergarten and lifts ( TSG de Vagère). It is visible in real time on youtube "webcam Vagere les Arcs".
You will have a breathtaking view of the Pierra Menta mountain from all the rooms, without any vis-à-vis.
It consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a mountain corner, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets.
The entrance with its many storage spaces overlooks the living room decorated in a chalet atmosphere, extended by a beautiful terrace:
- living room consisting of a large sofa with chaise longue, a rocking chair, a home theater with TV LG oled 65 'connected, a bluetooth amp and acoustic speakers
- Wooden dining table (with extension) for 8 to 12 guests
- Fully equipped and well equipped kitchen: induction hob, MW, oven, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, juicer, robot, pressure cooker
Each room is equipped with new bedding premium mattress and mattress topper (hotel quality)
Bedroom 1: on the ground floor, master suite overlooking the terrace, bed 180x200 with pillow top mattress, TV Sony 43 'connected, dressing room and private bathroom (shower, washbasin and towel radiator, hair dryer)
Bedroom 2: upstairs, parental suite, bed 180x200 with pillow top mattress, TV Sony 43 'connected, storage and private bathroom (shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail, hair dryer)
Bedroom 3: upstairs, family room. 160x200 bed with mattress topper (or 2 single beds on request 80x200), 1 bunk bed, TV Sony 43 'connected, storage and private bathroom (bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail, washing machine and separate dryer)
Sleeping area: 1 bunk bed with new hotel quality bedding and 1 extra bed, storage space
