Thanks to Tim and the owners of Unit 213 we had a great three month experience on the beach in Oceanside!!! We have booked for another three months in 2019!!! Their warm hospitality and attention to detail is very much appreciated.

We have stayed at #213 400 N Pacific for the last 10 years.
The owner has completed a number of updates over the last
few years. This is a very nice 2 bedroom unit located a short
distance from the beach. There are many restaurants and local
attractions in the surrounding area.
The current agent for the unit, Tim Piowaty of Socal Beach Vacations
Is very helpful and accommodating.

We had an incredible experience thanks to Tim and the owner of the unit. Tim is very responsive to our needs and the unit was exactly what Tim represented. The owner has done a wonderful job of updating the unit and ensuring it is in impeccable condition. We are so impressed with Tim that we have booked three months with him for next year !!!!
