At this cool townhome, you’re literally a 100-yard walk from the Peak 9 slopes and the ski school meeting area. Drop the kids off for a lesson, make some runs, ski in for a quick lunch, then be right back on the Quicksilver lift in minutes. You and your group will love it!
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom (sleeps seven) deluxe townhome features a bright, airy living area with vaulted ceilings. There’s a gas fireplace and lots of comfy seating for a movie on the flat-screen TV or just relaxing after a day on the slopes. The kitchen features granite counters and a gas range, and there’s a dining table with seating for six and room for two more at the counter.
You’ll also enjoy seasonal access to shared hot tubs and the Upper Village Pool, a patio, free Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and a one-car attached garage. There’s also first-come, first-serve outdoor parking for two more vehicles. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

- Living area: double sleeper sofa. (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom: 1/2 guest bath.

- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $350 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Hot Tub/Pool Access Dec-April, July-Sept.
- Parking: 1-car garage, 1 outdoor space (first-come, first-serve) — 2 spaces total.

Highly Recommend. Excellent experience. Everything seemed so organized, perfect amount and timing of communication. Actual Unit was great, location could not have been better. Parking/garage was key, unit was clean and everything worked well. Thank you.

Location of condo is great - easy walk to Main St. garage was nice feature - although not essential during the summer. The condo has so much potential - we felt spending some money on decor and updates is warranted. The “leather” chair in living room is incredibly uncomfortable and the sofa was not super comfy.
There was no dresser or storage in the 2nd bedroom - only a closet to hang a few clothes but no shelves or drawers.
Lovely front deck - but no furniture to sit out and enjoy. While there were a couple chairs on Master deck - it’s not like you are going to have the family sitting up there with you. In addition to furniture on the deck - a gas grill would be nice so that you could grill out. Many of the condos in this development had grills - not this one.
While there are makeup mirrors in the bathrooms they don’t work so not much help and the lighting in the bathrooms is weak.
Cable TV would be nice - not everyone streams so difficult to watch TV. It was a nightmare trying to find the Olympics to watch.
A few additional adult board games would be nice - Scrabble was missing tiles.
Cleaners could be a bit more attentive - dirty silverware and knives & dishes (we had to wash everything before using it), Cheerios found on floor in the bedroom and hair on the sofa.
