You’re also just a short shuttle ride to downtown Breckenridge where you’ll find fantastic shopping, dining and entertainment. This is an ideal location for your family or group. They’ll love it, and they’ll love you for finding it!
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom premium condo is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of up to eight people. As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful living area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stunning river rock gas fireplace with massive flat-screen TV. The fully equipped and newly updated kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There’s seating for six people at the dining table with room for three more at the counter. - Queen suite: queen bed, flat-screen TV, attached bathroom with two sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub. (sleeps 2)

- No Pets / No Smoking.
- A $500 refundable damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage (small car) with 1 outdoor space — 2 spaces total.

This condo was exactly as described, excellent condition, clean, everything in working order. The parking spaces for 2 cars was huge, especially in Breck. Easy 5 min walk to a bus stop. 20 min walk into town. Great communication with Summit Mountain Rentals, easy to get a hold of them if you need anything before or during your stay. Only note of caution, like many other reviews have stated, there are no bathrooms on the main floor, so you'll have to go up the down/up the stairs for that. Didn't bother us, but could be an issue for some folks.

The checkin process was excellent, and the personnel were very helpful. The unit was well kept, and parking was easy. We didn't like the layout of the unit, with all the bathrooms on the lower level. There was a LOT of going up and down stairs. I am near retirement age with a bad back and my daughter is disabled with RA. We can manage stairs, but this was excessive. I also suggest each unit have instructions for using the TV and DVD player.
