Winterpoint is one of our most popular condos in the Four O'Clock area in Breckenridge close to both Peak 8 and 9. This large multi-level townhome offers plenty of space in an ideal location that is close to the slopes and Main St.

LOCATION – Winterpoint townhomes are ideally situated close to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. You are only two blocks away from the Snowflake Lift, the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle on Four O'Clock Rd and the Blue River Plaza. It is just a three block walk to charming Main St. where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightlife.

AMENITIES – The spacious townhome has a master king bedroom with a private patio, a queen-size bed with bunk bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, right in front of the fireplace. This large townhome has its own private garage, gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV with DVD player. Additional amenities include high speed internet, private laundry, and a fully-stocked kitchen. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

All Pinnacle properties are stocked with:
• High-end bed linens and towels.
• Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
An initial supply of:

Wonderful communication. Location was terrific, only 2 blocks to Snowflake lift and 3 blocks to downtown Breckenridge. Condo had a really well equipped kitchen including a crock pot, griddle and even some spices. The single garage parking space was perfect for passenger car or small Tacoma size truck. If I stay in the area again I will certainly reach out to this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good experience. Nice place to stay. Was able to host a family dinner with family that is local. This was key.

Room was aged. Fireplace, the heating source in the lower level was not working right. Finally began to heat but not consistent. Used portable heaters for a bit. Lots of dishes which were great and few items like spices and such left. We also left some coffee filters and such. Found mice droppings in lazy Susan. Need team to clean thoroughly. Location to snowflake lift great and skiing back so close to room on 4 o'clock trail was wonderful. Close walk to town was great for morning coffee and cinnamon rolls!! Overall great little place but needs some attention to a few amenities within the room.
