The hotel is clean and well decorated, good location very close to everything, the staff is very nice specially omer in the reception Our room the suite with pool view is big and nice

In our stay there was no hot water in shower ! although i told the reception and they told me we will fix it tomorrow But unfortunately it still no hot water in the next day which is very disappointing !! Honestly if this happened with me with different hotel i will rate it zero ! But because of the nice staff i took deep breath and trying to think about the positive side

A very good location next to the strip and beach and lots of shop and restaurant’s around. Made the stay save a lot money on taxi as you can walk to local places. Receptionist acknowledge your stay and are very helpful. They heated our food up during night if you ask. They also were sweet to our children . Welcoming was smooth .

No lift . Was on fourth floor had two baby’s . Going up and down wasn’t the easiest. It was rainy season lots of floods and slippery floor. The swimming pool bar wasn’t open for the six days I stayed here was hoping it to be as I was looking forward to having a drink and swim. For the pool bar not to be open was upsetting as this is was sold me to book my stay. First day entering room there was Ants around the fruit bowl and lots of Ants around the bed as my kids left some crumps of there crisp Ants were in groups coming in. Felt itchy sleeping . Juccazi would been perfect to use more if the hot water was hot not warm.
