Location is ideal. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Hotel feels a bit dated. Price doesn’t reflect the standing and service you get.

Kassandra hotel was absolutely amazing. It is really close to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes and bars nearby to go to. The rooms are gorgeous and the beds are super comfortable. The pool area was really nice, although was a bit busy and we often struggled to get a sunbed. Breakfast was nice with enough options, though it is a small area so it felt really crowded inside trying to get food etc.

No fault of Kassandra, but it is located behind the main nightclub street which meant from about 11pm - 3am every night it was very loud. The hotel provided earplugs, but I can't sleep with earplugs in, so I just tried to sleep through the noise. It didn't bother me too much but if you're a light sleeper I think this would be a serious problem for you!

A very good location next to the strip and beach and lots of shop and restaurant’s around. Made the stay save a lot money on taxi as you can walk to local places. Receptionist acknowledge your stay and are very helpful. They heated our food up during night if you ask. They also were sweet to our children . Welcoming was smooth .

No lift . Was on fourth floor had two baby’s . Going up and down wasn’t the easiest. It was rainy season lots of floods and slippery floor. The swimming pool bar wasn’t open for the six days I stayed here was hoping it to be as I was looking forward to having a drink and swim. For the pool bar not to be open was upsetting as this is was sold me to book my stay. First day entering room there was Ants around the fruit bowl and lots of Ants around the bed as my kids left some crumps of there crisp Ants were in groups coming in. Felt itchy sleeping . Juccazi would been perfect to use more if the hot water was hot not warm.
