Keep your car parked in our private parking lot and walk across the street to charter fishing or your own boat in a rented dock. Save parking fees and the frustration of riding around looking for a spot and take a short 5 Minute walk across the draw bridge to downtown Port Clinton for shopping and restaurants or hop on the Jet Express Ferry to Party Town USA, Put-in-Bay. Visit Famous Beer Barrel (World's Longest Bar, home of Pat Daley)Or the Roundhouse and many others. Walk on the Boardwalk with many Restaurants overlooking the Fabulous Marina. You can rent a bike, motor bike or golf cart and tour Beautiful South Bass Island with its wineries, Caves, Restaurants, many Shops. This is our third time staying at the Waterfront Condos, and each time is more memorable. This condo complex is within walking distance to everything. Dock’s Beach House is right across the parking lot. You are a short walk to the Jet Express and town. Tons of cool bars and restaurants around town, and there is live music on weekend evenings in the summer. Larrain’s place was clean and comfortable. It is stocked with everything you need, and there are thoughtful touches that make you feel welcomed. We loved the bottle of wine provided as a welcome gift. The view is stunning. Complete waterfront! And the private beach is so convenient and clean! Larrain was so easy to work with and kept communication open and timely. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a wedding. Location is the best. Walkable to all of the area bars and restaurants and Jet Express. Great view

The place was clean and in an amazing location. Walking distance to anything you could want in the area and RIGHT ON the water.
It was smallish and pretty dark but worked for our family. My biggest concern was how difficult it was to check in. First, we had to print and scan a contract, which was just kind of a pain. Then, when we arrived, we had been given the wrong code and couldn’t get ahold of the property managers for about 15 minutes. It ended up working out, but was a bit of a bummer to start our vacation.
Overall, this stay was fine.
