You will also find an upstairs bathroom, with bath, shower over bath, basin and WC. Downstairs there is a handy shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Additional rooms include a large kitchen, a sitting/dining room posing a warming woodburning fire, smart TV and sofas. There is also a conservatory with further dining space. Ample off-road parking. Outside guests will have a small gravelled garden area with heating and a hot tub.
