BeachFront Condo 3Bedroom/3 Bathroom, on the 5th Floor with a Full Balcony. The love of this condo is being on the 5th floor hearing the sound of the waves with sliding glass doors that open in two rooms. San Carlos Condos is walking distance all things needed, Sea N Suds, Hang Out, Pink Pony , Waffle House, Pancake House , Surf N Style and so much more. Condo is fully furnished with 2 Queen Beds and 1 King bed and 1 Sofa bed, 4 TVs that you can watch, Netflix, Hulu, etc just by logging into your accounts. Dressers in each room to unpack for the week or month. Bar Stools in Kitchen and Kitchen table that seats 4 people. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. Balcony has a table with 5 chairs and a small couch with chairs for eating outside and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Pool and Beach Rental chairs in front of condo that is with a company you pay directly. Gorgeous Gym with Views of the Ocean.

The property was amazing and the location was central to everything. We will be back. The beds did need updating, but they were very comfortable. My only complaint was the parking lot security. Robbie in particular was a nightmare.

The place was clean and exactly how it was advertised. One little thing we didn’t know was there was no extra toilet paper. Had to run to the store for that. Would highly recommend this condo.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Our issue was the AC. At times we could not get it under 78 degrees. The host was as helpful as she could be on the 4th of July, as no one was available to come out. But this unit definitely has an AC issue. Our advice was to turn it off and reset after one hour. Hard to do this with a 5 year old and 3 year old. Even blowing 78 is better than nothing.
