Couldn’t watch TV without registering into an app

Das Zimmer war relativ geräumig.

Die Heizung hat erst am zweiten Tag funktioniert. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr dürftig, es gab nicht einmal ein Weinglas. Um die Wohnung zu verlassen benötigt man den Schlüssel, um die Sicherheitstür vor der Haustür aufzuschließen. Die Schlüsselübergabe in einem Restaurant neben dem Eingang zur Wohnung hat sich kompliziert gestaltet, da uns nicht mitgeteilt wurde, welches Apartment wir haben und die Kellner nicht wussten, welchen Schlüssel Sie uns übergeben müssen.

Lokalizacja to duży plus, wszędzie blisko. Ładny widok z okna. Wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy są w mieszkaniu. Właściciel szybko reaguje na wszelki uwagi i stara się pomóc.

Mieliśmy inny apartament, niż na zdjęciach, ale nie jest to aż tak ważne. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy okazało się, że wkradł się jakiś błąd i mieszkanie nie zostało posprzątane po poprzednich wynajmujących, ale właściciel szybko zareagował, i dość szybko przyjechała ekipa, która wszystko posprzątała i przeprosiła.

The host's brother who couldn't speak very much English stood on the street. I approached him and asked if he were Petr. The directions to the door of the apartment were not clear. The brother originally took me to the wrong apartment, which was a dump! When I mentioned that the apartment didn't match the description, he called his brother and after a lengthy discussion said there had been an error in their reservation system. Finally an hour later I was in the apt I had rented. Their visa machine didn't work after 4 or 5 unsuccessful attempts. These people should not be on booking.com and they certainly don't deserve a 9.4 rating. The apt was dirty. Used coffee pods were in the coffee machine which was dirty. Also garbage from the last tenant was still in the trash can. Cushions on the chairs in the kitchen were stained. At one point the tv stopped working so I called them to ask for help. They never responded. I considered leaving and going to a hotel.
