The townhouse was clean and comfortable, and walking distance from snow summit, which was exactly what we were looking for.
A couple notes I’d suggest to add to arrival instructions to make it easier on the guests… when you arrive the GPS will likely lead you the exit of the Snow Summit parking lot which has a sign saying Do Not Enter. When I saw this I made a left to go down the one available street which leads you to the entrance of the parking lot, which then I had to wait with all the other cars to get through the lot to get to the townhouse entrance. That took a very long time. What you can do instead is just go through the Do Not Enter sign at the exit of the lot (when it’s clear) and go straight to the entrance of the townhouse parking area.
Second is the WiFi instructions. This particular unit had no instructions pertaining to WiFi inside. And once you’re inside, the phone reception is basically non-existent so you can’t even call or text the host to ask. After about an hour I finally found the router behind the couch and luckily the default password on the router is correct.
Other that that it was a great stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the location, but the rental unit itself was in poor condition, pots and pans were old and minimal. The master bedroom had two side tables one you cant use because it turned side ways other one blocking bathroom. The other bedroom had twin bunks that were VERY uncomfortable.

This is a perfect location to stay if you are planning to enjoy the slopes. The townhouses are right next to the lodge and lifts, making the walk to the slopes easy and quick. No need to fight the Snow Summit parking lot each day as there is private parking for the Townhouses. We spent three days here with two days of skiing, and the fact that we could easily go back to the townhouse for lunch or a short break from skiing made the location perfect.I would have given the townhouse 5 stars but there were a few small issues. The sliding glass door was off the track and not able to be opened until we fixed it. The fuzzball table was fun but missing some parts inside for the ball return so when you scored the ball would fall straight down and often roll under the couch. The kitchen had most of the utensils we needed but there were a few items like a cookie sheet and spatula that we had to buy. This Townhouse had no wireless that we could find so we had to use the wireless from our hotspot. The complex is quiet and well-preserved and has a nice trail behind it that was nice to explore. We only had one night in which a townhouse a few doors down had a group of individuals drinking and smoking pot until after midnight. They were not aware of how loud their voices were when they were in the hot tub on the back patio. The only phone number we found in the townhouse was labeled for emergencies so we did not call to report the noise. Found out when we checked out that we should have used that number and management would have taken care of the issue. Overall, aside from the minor issues it was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return again with my family soon.
