Great location!Clean.Only downside to the unit is there was no washer and dryer. But that would not keep me from not renting it again. Woman in the office was very accommodating when it came to late check out....

I was familiar with the summit townhouse rentals, I selected unit 60 which met our needs of four adults. The unit was supplied with the necessities for a stay, however the dishes were dirty, the showers stalls were dirty and the dining room table was sticky and not clean.
