This Beautifully upgraded 3 Bedroom condo is the perfect place for you to stay while you visit Big Bear. Just walking distance to Snow Summit, whether you ski and snowboard in the winter or hike and bike during the summer, it's the perfect place for your year round Big Bear adventure. You can easily enjoy time with your friends and family in the comfortable open living area on the first floor, or head upstairs to the bedrooms to relax in the beautifully appointed rooms. On the third floor, you'll find bunks for the kids and a foosball table as well. Plenty of space to enjoy a movie or the game with the large TV in the living room, cable and wifi. This unit also has a washer and dryer and a great side entrance where you can hang jackets and put boots. Centrally located, you're within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and just minutes from the shops and restaurants in the village.

This townhome had all the kitchen supplies, utensils, pots/pans silverware and even spices, as well as linen/towels. Everything was neatly labeled which made everything so much easier. The only downfall is that the upstairs door leading to the balcony is deceiving as I though I left it unlocked when I went out and was quickly surprised that it was locked. Luckily I had my phone with me so I called the property manager who then sent someone over to unlock the door. This location is so conveniently located to Snow Summit that in the mornings, there is so much traffic trying to get up there and people even wanting our parking space. I wish the parking spots were for tenants only as it was hard to go anywhere with the worry of not have anywhere to park.

This two bedroom with loft was a perfect location for two families with two kids each....8 total. It is about a two hundred yard walk to Snow Summit Ski Resort. The unit had everything we needed. The building is next to an adjacent wooded lot area that is great for snow play.....not sledding but building snowmen and snowball fights. It is a short 3 minute drive to the village center and about 2 blocks away.from.several restaurants and convenient store(Hacienda Mexican Grill, 7-Eleven). We would definitely stay here again!
