All our expectations, this place surpassed them all. Quiet, peaceful and maintained so beautifully. Walking distance from shopping district.we would definitely recommend this place and agency to book from.

Overall, this property is well supplied and nicely appointed. It is a second floor unit which means there is no noise overhead. There was no noise at all from the complex. The lanai is small and the view of the mountains partial. With a western exposure and no energy efficient glass, the air conditioning was totally inadequate. In the afternoon we kept all drapes, door and window shut. At night we often kept the window and door open which made the mornings cooler.
The pool areas are quite nice and very clean. The parking is covered and handy.
The location within Palm Springs is excellent. Oranj Realty is excellent to deal with.
