PALM SPRINGS REQUIREMENT
- Occupancy Limit: The occupancy will be capped at 4 people with only 2 persons allowed per bed. In addition to the maximum, only 2 children under the age of 12 will be allowed
- Parking Limits: Only 2 cars are allowed per bedroom
- In-person Meeting Requirement: All adults over the age of 18 must provide a signature upon arrival, ensuring they understand rules and regulations. They will also receive a copy of the rules and regulations and be given verbal instructions on noise, parking, and occupancy

Overall the unit was well equipped and comfortable. The short walk to downtown Palm Springs was a real plus.

This colorful condo (I loved the colors as well as the bright lighting) is very conveniently located near downtown. The kitchen was extraordinarily well equipped. We had brought extra kitchenware for a 3-week stay which we mostly didn't need. I had to do some computer work and the wifi and hookups were great. The patio was a pleasant place to eat and entertain when it was warm. The washer/dryer in the unit were greatly used. Again, I strongly recommend
