The host is an outstanding communicator, went out of his way to get info for me regarding local activities. The cottage is clean, well appointed, and in a fabulous, convenient, but quiet location. EZ parking. Comfy bed, great pillows and linens. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon.

Great location - easy walk to downtown Palm Springs. Casita was very clean and the kitchen, though small, had everything we needed. The unit has a nice rustic feel and definitely has its roots in earlier times. Nice size for 2 people; would be tight for more. The air conditioning worked well. Would we stay there again? Definitely.

I just finished a short (3-day/2-night) stay in Villa F. The location could not be better. One block off of Palm Canyon, but the Villa was surprisingly quiet and very enjoyable. The place was clean and well stocked when I arrived. The Villa is nice looking and even though small, it was perfect for me and my dog. The email received right before my trip, had all the information needed to know my way around the Villa. Enjoyed it.

The property is like stepping back in time to when the Rat Pack was roaming the streets of Palm Springs. Each casita is separate and one story. They are located perfectly with the main strip a block away, yet are quiet. They are not fancy but clean and comfortable.

We had 2 adults and 2 dogs in our group. On site parking was easily available, as was street parking. We stayed in Unit F and it was a stand alone building in the back which was great! It looks like a little cabin. The living room furniture was very comfortable. The heater worked great! There are AC units in every room so it would be cool enough in the summer. The coffee was a delicious French vanilla and super tasty! If you have dogs that shed (mine don’t), bring something to clean up their hair. Pets are not allowed on furniture. I brought dog beds with me so it wasn’t a problem. I would probably bring paper products that can easily be tossed next time. There are dishes, but enough for 3-4 people so we did dishes often to have them available for the next time they were needed. The place was very clean, quiet, easy to enter and communication was excellent! It is a 2 block walk to the main drag so we were able to walk everywhere. I look forward to returning here again soon! Thank you, Cole, for being a fabulous host!

You just can't beat the location of this little cabin. Right in the center of the action yet very quiet. The living space is functional and well appointed. Super comfortable bed. Incredible value too. Highly recommend.

The place is super cozy very homie feeling. It has Everything you need. I brought kitchen items and they had everything. Very very clean. Nice and cool inside temp was 124 when we got here. The only downside on the website it looks like the pool is outside the villa private and it’s a community pool. I wanted a pool private. Another guest mentioned the same. The pic on the website looks like it’s on the villa. Other than the that the stay was amazing. I recommend it. Leticia

The only issue for us the cottage did not smell clean, had a dirty smell. Also tried using the air conditioner in the bedroom and wasn’t working properly and making annoying noises. Other than that it was fine for one night.

Lots of room inside, lots of seating outside. It was very close to the strip so we’re able to walk most places. The pool was clean and close. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the owner. The on-site property manager was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very close to all downtown things, super easy to walk around. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve had, other than at home. The only negative thing I would say is the shower has two curtains as there is a window so they both wanted to stick to you while using it. Would rent again.

The location is great if you want to visit trendy restaurants and shops. It's quiet here. The bungalow is not flashy like most of palm springs. A/C works well. My only complaint is the mattress was unsupportive.

This villa was perfect for my husband and me for our stay in Palm Springs. The villa is two short blocks from Downtown Palm Springs. A grocery store was also within walking distance. The property is clean and quaint, and we loved sitting outside and enjoying our meals that we prepared in the little kitchen! Parking was easy to find as well. Thanks for a terrific stay!

The pool is not adjacent to property and walk to next property is inconvenient especially at night. This is a bait and switch therefore. I scratched the passenger car door on a short post at driveway exit, which is not visible and the post is dark, not painted to be seen. There is old white car paint on the post indicating that mine is not the first car to scrape it. The bungalow is cute and cozy. The couch sags such that one slides towards the other person on it. For all the above reasons we didn’t actually stay there. I had hope the owner, through Cole his manager, would reduce the cost given the above but no word from Cole four days later. I strongly recommend against staying in these bungalows.

If you are looking for a nice place with a small living room and all the amenities for cooking a meal or opening a bottle of wine, this is the place to be. Very reasonably priced for such a property in such an excellent location. Would book it again.
