Amazing location 2 blocks from downtown Palm Springs. Walk to restaurants, shopping, casino, spas, convention center, museums, tourist attractions and so much more. This home has been completely renovated throughout and has stunning 180 degree views of the mountains. In winter it is bathed in sunshine! Biarritz is a gated complex with large swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, pickleball court, pretty landscaping & lighting & covered parking! Has double shower!

We loved this condo. It’s exactly as shown in the photos. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beautiful, quiet pool area. Ruth was wonderful to deal with and check in was so easy.

The condo was very clean and well appointed.The location was close to the downtown Palm Springs area with a nice view of the mountains in the distance. The only negative was the proximity to a main thoroughfare. It sits facing Ramon Rd. which is heavily traveled from about 6:00am to 10:00pm resulting in a lot of traffic noise.

Wonderful stay at this property in a fantastic location! The view was incredible, The condo was absolutely beautiful with many extra touches. Ruth was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
