A localização é perfeita, o imóvel muito bom e o senhor Jorge é muito agradável. O local é bem seguro com muitos restaurante a perto e mercado também.
Apenas penso que poderia ter uma air fryer na cozinha.

The apartment was generally clean and matched the photos. The location is excellent, and it was convenient to have the option to park the car for free on the street nearby.
A few things could use some attention, such as the balcony door in the first room, some of the kitchen furniture and appliances, ants, the broken soap dispenser, and a few other small maintenance details.

Zwei schöne grosse Terrassen
Die Möbel in den Schlafzimmern könnten gerne mal ausgetauscht werden. Zudem wäre es toll, eine kleine Gewürzausstattung und Öl zu haben, auch fur die nächsten Gäste.
