This spacious, newly renovated house is incredibly well-maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need. You can truly feel that the owner loves this place and puts his heart and soul into it. The house has every appliance imaginable, including a washing machine, dishwasher, clothes dryer, stove, oven, and a large fridge with a freezer, and even the kitchen utensils are fully stocked. It is perfect not only for summer but also for colder months, as there is a fireplace and A/C units in every room that can be used for heating. The garden is beautiful with stunning trees that we sat under very often. The location is absolute perfection: it is just a 2-minute walk to the beach, an 8-minute walk to supermarkets like Lidl and Eroski (very recommended!), and only 1-2 minutes on foot to the bus stop with direct routes to Palma Airport, Palma City, Alcúdia, and Can Picafort, a small supermarket Spar and a pizzeria just across the street. The neighborhood is super chill and quiet. On top of that, the house features two bathrooms with separate showers and toilets, comfortable beds, and excellent bed linen and towels, including beach towels. The host was amazing, always responding very quickly and being super helpful and hospitable . We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back next year!

Świetne miejsce na wakacyjny pobyt! Dom był doskonale przygotowany i w pełni wyposażony – w kuchni było wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, włącznie z ekspresem do kawy i kawą na start. Dużym atutem był śliczny ogród, idealny na popołudniowy odpoczynek w cieniu. Lokalizacja wspaniała– zaledwie kilka kroków do pięknej plaży, w okolicy liczne sklepy, restauracje i miejsca na śniadanie. Dodatkowym plusem był przystanek autobusowy oddalony o 2 minuty spacerem, skąd łatwo można dojechać do Alcudii. Gospodarz zadbał o każdy detal i sprawił, że czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Zdecydowanie polecamy!
