The home had extensive interior and exterior renovations with fresh paint, shiplap accent walls, new tile floors, updated bathrooms and all new exterior siding! New furniture and bedding throughout as well. It is truly a unique show place that offers a true ‘wow-factor’ to fully enhance your vacation experience!
Enjoy the luxurious resort style sparkling pool and hot tub while watching all of the water activity during the day and amazing sunsets in the evening. You can also jump right into the lake from your private boat dock for swimming or fishing fun! *Please note the pool is not heated*
A marvelous four-hole putting green was added for 2023 to provide even more endless entertainment for family and friends at this perfect vacation home. Jump in the pool, fish in the lake l, or have a putting competition while enjoying the amazing lake views! Truly spectacular!
There is even an outdoor TV so you can lounge on the covered patio or in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite programming.
The home features an 'upside-down' layout to maximize your panoramic views from the living area, while also providing the 3 full bedrooms with private access to the outside pool and yard.
There are 3 full baths as well, including a private Master bathroom and two remaining full baths, one on each level. The bathrooms have all been recently remodeled as well.
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

A fun and personal ‘Welcome Basket’ with goodies and golf balls is also provided with every stay so you will feel right at home.
**Professional Maid turnover service includes a full top to bottom cleaning disinfecting all high touch areas with and EPA approved cleaner to kill viruses and germs on surfaces within minutes. We loved our stay and couldn’t have been happier! The views are amazing and we rented a pontoon boat that picked us up right from the dock! We were celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday and he said we weren’t ever going to leave lol. I had to text Wayne, the owner, about the WiFi and he responded very quickly. There was even a welcome basket with snacks and wine when we arrived! Plenty of towels and very clean. The pool is super nice and we enjoyed swimming with views of the lake. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Stay was good. Cleanliness was the only thing that could have been improved. Dirty glass in sink and dirty towel hanging in Master Bath. Generally could have been cleaner, wine glasses were full of smudges and drinking glasses. We washed all before we used after noticing that.

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and fully stocked. They even had thoughtful extras to make the stay special. The home is beautiful and the view was amazing. Communication was a breeze. All in all 10/10
