The home had extensive interior and exterior renovations with fresh paint, shiplap accent walls, new tile floors, updated bathrooms and all new exterior siding! New furniture and bedding throughout as well. It is truly a unique show place that offers a true ‘wow-factor’ to fully enhance your vacation experience!
Enjoy the luxurious resort style sparkling pool and hot tub while watching all of the water activity during the day and amazing sunsets in the evening. You can also jump right into the lake from your private boat dock for swimming or fishing fun! *Please note the pool is not heated*
A marvelous four-hole putting green was added for 2023 to provide even more endless entertainment for family and friends at this perfect vacation home. Jump in the pool, fish in the lake l, or have a putting competition while enjoying the amazing lake views! Truly spectacular!
There is even an outdoor TV so you can lounge on the covered patio or in the hot tub while enjoying your favorite programming.
The home features an 'upside-down' layout to maximize your panoramic views from the living area, while also providing the 3 full bedrooms with private access to the outside pool and yard.
There are 3 full baths as well, including a private Master bathroom and two remaining full baths, one on each level. The bathrooms have all been recently remodeled as well.
The home can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

The home is well stocked with many convenience items to help to ensure the comfort of your stay including paper products, soap, body wash, shampoo, trash bags, as well as an array cleaning supplies.
A fun and personal ‘Welcome Basket’ with goodies and golf balls is also provided with every stay so you will feel right at home.
**Professional Maid turnover service includes a full top to bottom cleaning disinfecting all high touch areas with and EPA approved cleaner to kill viruses and germs on surfaces within minutes. This place exceeded our expectations. The house is beautiful, very well equipped, and clearly well taken care of. The pool and spa are absolutely stunning and were a huge highlight of our stay. The neighborhood is just as nice—quiet, scenic, and perfect for families. The owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to be accommodating, which made the experience even better. We had such a great time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway.

The home was beautiful. Wayne was very easy to deal with and extremely friendly. I would have like to have been able to heat the pool, but the hot tub was large and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view!

Everything was just perfect. Good pillows, linens, towels, amazing view, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was a great size and warmed up fast. Attention to detail really added to the enjoyment of our stay here. Hope to be back soon!
