    We love it here! Visiting with a young child. Booked a private room at the 2nd floor. Only 2 rooms at second floor. Ground floor is capsule style. It’s perfect you are coming with a car. It’s out of town but very nice environment there with free carpark. Can see the owner is very thoughtful in all the details, you get all you needed there. Even with washer and dryer, which is really good. It’s basic but it’s clean and not feeling old. Feeling safe staying there. Easy to check in and enough privacy. Would come back here again if we are visiting Kanazawa again. Thank you so much for the stay.

    I love staying at Kanazawa-ya. This is my second time, and won't be my last. The owners are kind and helpful, and the accommodation is run very efficiently. If you're looking for a capsule hotel without lots of people that's peaceful and out of the way, then this is a great choice! I only put 4/5 stars as it's slightly away from the city centre - but there's so many great eateries and cafes around it, you'd hardly notice!! Highly recommended!!

    Pleasantly surprised as I wasn't expecting much for the price , but the bed was SURPRISINGLY comfortable and the place was quite clean , even though some boxes and baskets were messily placed around some areas. Overall a great place to stay the night !!!

    Thank you so much for a lovely stay! I've stayed at quite a few capsule hotels in the big cities of Japan, and I have to say that I really enjoyed Kanazawa-ya the most so far. Everything is clean, efficient, quite, well-stocked. Everything you want from a capsule hotel. Probably my favourite one in Japan so far! A bit far from the city centre, but it's not too bad. Very happy with the fantastic food options around the place. Won't hesitate to book again when I'm next in Kanazawa!! Thanks again!!!
