About this villa rental

Spacious and independent villa, with fully equipped kitchen, American fridge (with automatic water and ice cube dispenser), with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, located in a quiet residential area of Saint Raphael, close to amenities and 600 meters of sandy beaches, within walking distance.
The villa has a garden with chairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
Equipment: LCD TV with 150 channels (French and international), K7 DVD player, HI FI MP3 USB with Ipod station, wireless internet.
Terrace solarium on the floor.

Saint-Raphaël is a waterfront city with 36 km of coastline and a superb protected massif, the Estérel.
Many opportunities for walks in the mountains of Estérel and by the sea.

Our family vacation stay in this conveniently located villa in Saint Raphael was adequately furnished and clean for our family of 4. The villa is about 5min by car to the beach area. The owner was very friendly and answered all our questions and tips in the surrounding area. I would definitely stay here again and also would recommend anyone to choose this home for there vacation stay.

Our party was made up of 6 adults and two young children ages 6 and 2. The house has enough space for such group, inside and out. House was clean, well furnished and fully equipped.The owner was well represented by Alain and Marie, who was very friendly and cooperative. We have arrived very late and house was fully ready for our arriving. Also they provided transfert for us from and to Marseille. There are three big stores within walking distance from the house, 20-30 minutes. Also center of city accessible by foot in 25 minutes.

"Our party was made up of 4 adults and two young children ages 3 and 1. The house had lots of room, inside and out, was clean, well furnished and equipped, and we were able to park both cars securely inside the property. The street location allowed excellent access to Saint Raphael either by short walk to the nearby small beach or short drive into Saint Raphael. Traffic volume was very light and only occassionaly noticeable. Similarly, we found access to places outside Saint Raphael to be equally straightforward. The owner was well represented by Alain and Marie, who not only made sure we had all information we needed to enjoy our stay (including a recommendation for an excellent boulangerie)but also in providing an exceptional response to the very few questions we had after the rental started. They helped make our two weeks in Saint Raphael an extremely enjoyable experience in a property that we found to be extremely good value."
