The home features an enclosed three-season sun porch overlooking the canal and dock, furnished for both dining and relaxation—perfect for enjoying meals, morning coffee, or evening drinks regardless of weather conditions.
Inside, a first floor master bedroom and bath with a king bed. The open floor plan includes tasteful décor, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, and a comfortable living area with expanded cable TV. Additional amenities include wireless internet, central air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, two (2) coffee makers and a full-size washer and dryer.
For toddlers - A Stroller, High Chair and Portable Play Yard
Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the community boat ramp, walking distance to the community swimming pool (3 houses away), private dock for boats or jet skis, and provided crab pots at the house for catching fresh crabs. The outdoor patio includes a propane (included) gas grill and ample outdoor seating. Guests may also bring bicycles to enjoy the quiet neighborhood streets.

Another great beach week. All around great house with all the amenities. Very clean. Screened porch is certainly a bonus. Love roof top and perfect dock for fishing and crabbing.

Our family just completed our third year staying at this beautiful waterfront home, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The location can’t be beat — the house is directly on the water, allowing us to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and morning coffee on the bay. The views are stunning both in the early morning and at sunset, and the peaceful setting is the perfect balance of being close enough to the beach yet far enough away from the crowds of Ocean City.The home itself is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered plenty of space for our group of 10, which included seven adults and three children under seven. Having three bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and feels very safe. Val, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout the week, which we truly appreciated.If we had to point out one drawback, it would be that the thermostat is limited to a minimum setting of 72 degrees due to a previous HVAC issue. While we understand the reason for this, it did make a few of the warmer days less comfortable, as this is warmer than we typically keep our homes.Overall, this property continues to be a family favorite, and we would certainly consider staying again in the future. The combination of location, amenities, and space makes it a wonderful choice for a large family gathering.

Great house, great location, very clean, and so many areas for gathering with your family. Inside table, screened in porch table, and even a table outside for all the family dinners or games. Close to everything, my family had a great week enjoying the beach, pool, and boat dock. We were able to rent a boat near by and dock at the house, such a fun time.

Beautiful and comfortable house in a fantastic location. Really enjoyed screened in porch where the whole family could gather around for meals and relaxation. Lots of stuff to do for kids and adults within 15 minutes drive.
