Located in Cape Windsor close to the Beach. Walk about 50 yards to the community pool and playground. Launch your boat at the community boat ramp and dock up to 22' boat at house. House has a Large screen room and two decks 1 large open overlooking the canal and 1 covered on street/pool side

We had an amazing time at this home! It was clean and renovated, and matched the listing description perfectly. It was a quiet neighborhood and we used the community pool several times. It was a great spot for a family vacation. The host communicated with me before we arrived and answered any questions we had during our stay in a timely manner.
One thing to note: The stairs to the second floor are pretty steep. My father handled it okay, but if you have elderly or disabled guests with you, it is something to consider.
